Bisou du Soleil is a stunning, private ocean view villa on the Island of Sint Maarten / St. Martin with an unobstructed 220° view of the Caribbean Sea. Bisou is located in the upscale neighbourhood of Pelican Key on the Dutch side of the Island.

Whether you are planning a completely private, romantic escape for two or wanting to have a fun and relaxing vacation with friends or family, Bisou can accommodate. With three master bedrooms, all with ocean views, their own full bathroom, TV system and own safe, you can travel together and also enjoy complete privacy at the same time. Bisou can be rented as a one, two or three bedroom villa.

VILLA DETAILS
As you walk through the entrance gate of Bisou du Soleil you are welcomed by the lush tropical walkway and you instantly feel you are on vacation. Bisou du Soleil, translated is “Kiss of the Sun”, is a serene, private villa set high upon the hill in Pelican Key with an unobstructed 220° view of the ocean.

As you enter the front door you are greeted by the magical view of the Caribbean Sea and the mesmerizing shades of turquoise water. The expansive deck runs the length of the entire villa and has several lounging areas where you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and read your favorite book, watch the cruise ships pass by or admire the mega yachts anchored in Simpson Bay. After a long, hard day of relaxing on one of the Island’s many beaches, the deck is the perfect spot to grab your favourite cocktail and enjoy a front row seat for one of the beautiful sunsets that can only be experienced in Sint Maarten.

As is well known of the Caribbean, power outages are common for our Islands but Bisou is fully equipped with a generator so even if the power does go out you may never be aware.
Pelican Key is the perfect vacation destination being only 10 minutes from the airport and all amenities right at the base of the hill in Simpson Bay, the “spot to be” on the Island. From a full-service grocery store, shopping and full banking services, to restaurants, beach bars and nightlife, to excursions or just a day on the beach you only need to travel 5 minutes from Bisou. Or if you wish to explore the beautiful, Friendly Island, Bisou is centrally located for access to both the Dutch and French sides of the Island.

Bisou is located in a safe neighbourhood but to ensure guests feel completely secure the villa is equipped with an alarm system and perimeter surveillance system.

Housekeeping

Our friendly housekeeper who has cared for the villa for over 17 years will ensure you have everything you need for your stay. Depending on the length of your stay and the number of guests in your party, complimentary housekeeping is provided from one to six days a week. Our housekeeper will also perform personal laundry services for a small fee
Full Kitchen
​
If you are inclined to cook Bisou is fully equipped with everything you will need to create gourmet meals.
Or try one of the luxury gourmet in-residence chef services on the island. They will come to the villa and prepare an incredible fully served gourmet meal right at the villa using the onsite facilities
Free Wifi
Although internet can be sporadic in the Caribbean, Bisou is equipped with the strongest internet and Wifi equipment to ensure that you can stay connected during your stay
Entertainment

Bisou is fully equipped with an enterainment package. From satellite TV in the livingroom, to the bluetooth enable stereo system so that you are able to enjoy music inside and outside the villa, to the individual TV and Roku systems in each master bedroom
Fully Air Conditioned
With every room having huge triple sliding glass doors that open up to the pool deck allowing the intoxicating Caribbean breeze to flow through the Villa there is not much need for air conditioning, but, if it is required every room in Bisou is air conditioned
Pool

The patio with a 220° ocean view runs the entire length of the villa complete with an ultra private pool. Professional pool service is completed twice a week
Garden
Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with palm, coconut, lime and banana trees and of course the beloved Sint Maarten's flamboyant tree.

Take a ferry and explore nearby islands of Anguilla, St. Barth's and Saba. There are plenty of private boat tour operators on the island as well that offer tours of the surrounding islands including some incredible snorkeling spots

Philipsburg, capital of the Dutch side is known for its Boardwalk with many restaurants, beach bars, watersports and of course its elegant shopping district. It is also the location for the island's cruise ship terminal
Marigot is known for it restaurants, lovely local markets and shopping. Enjoy a stroll through the historic town or try a more challenging hike up to Fort Louis which is close by

Minimum age of primary renter must be 30 years old
Maximum number of guests is 6 (sleeps up to 6 adults)
Property is not suitable for guests under the age of 13
No Smoking | No Pets | No Parties or Events

A Bisou du Soleil Renter Agreement noting names and ages of all renters must be completed for booking to be accepted
50% of total rental fee to be received before booking is considered secured and is due within seven (7) days of the Rental Agreement being signed

Remainder of rental fee due 30 days prior to check-in
​
If check-in is within 30 days of booking full payment is due immediately and booking is not consider secured until payment has been received
​
A $500 USD damage deposit is required for all bookings. Refundable 14 days after checkout if no damage caused
​
9% Sint Maarten Government rental tax will be charged on rentals as shown
​
The payment method accepted at this time is wire transfer only
Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days prior to check-in will receive a 100% refund, less processing fees

Travelers who cancel between 30 and 60 days prior to check-in, will receive a 50% refund, less process fees

Travelers who cancel within less that 30 days prior to check-in will not get a refund
